My data visualization resolution for 2018 is to be much more conscious about my reporting and do more digital and interactive reporting (David Keyes recent blog posts have been a huge inspiration). I’ve just finished a report where half the report is actually an Excel spreadsheet that users can click around, read comments about the data, and compare their data to similar sites. It’s incredibly basic, but I’m excited to see where I can take this in 2018 and beyond.
